Years ago, I had the opportunity to attend a seminar by an elite executive communications coach. This was at a time of major layoffs, and her topic was "What makes an employee valuable!". Naturally, the audience was all ears. Her point was that the most valued employees are those who are loyal by choice. My business is about giving people the chance to have that choice.
